My Transport Times provides tools for managing transport-related data, including fleets, vehicles, and schedules. The service is provided for informational and recreational purposes only.

We may update, modify, or remove parts of the service at any time to improve the platform or meet legal and operational requirements.

2. Accounts

Accounts are managed using a third-party authentication provider (Clerk). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions taken under it.

You must provide accurate information and must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, including fleet and vehicle data.

By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and operate your content as part of the platform.

4. Payments & Billing

Payments and subscriptions are handled through third-party providers (Clerk and Stripe). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their billing terms in addition to ours.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy and UK consumer rights.

5. Communication

We may contact you regarding your account, including warnings, violations, or important updates.

Communication may be sent via email or through the platform’s built-in notification system.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

We aim to act fairly and reasonably and will usually provide warnings before taking action, where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
